It was worth its 3 stars. Overall, it's welcome base for exploring Nice attractions. We found an iron, a work desk and a flat-screen TV in the standard queen room.
The property needs renovation.

Convenient location with parking nearby. No complains at all, we would definitely come back there if in Nice.
